Be More with Anu is now part of Anu Gupta’s broader body of work.
Founded in 2014, Be More with Anu empowered individuals and institutions to cultivate mindfulness and compassion across human differences.
Over twelve years, our work reached more than 100,000 professionals at 300+ organizations through keynotes, retreats, digital programs, and transformative learning experiences. At the heart of this work was the PRISM Toolkit—a science-backed methodology that bridges neuroscience, contemplative practice, behavioral science, and interspiritual wisdom to empower people see more clearly, relate more compassionately, and act with greater integrity.
Be More’s chapter culminated in Anu’s award-winning book, Breaking Bias, with a foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Today, the work continues through Anu’s writing, speaking, advising, and teaching.
Our Impact
From 2014 to 2026, we partnered with leaders and institutions across healthcare, higher education, law, technology, philanthropy, government, and the nonprofit sector.
Together, we helped professionals and organizations strengthen cultures rooted in mindfulness, compassion, courage, and belonging.
By the Numbers
100,000+ people reached through live and digital learning experiences
300+ organizations served across sectors
30M+ lives indirectly touched through institutional partnerships
National Science Foundation SBIR-supported methodology
Award-winning book and international speaking platform
Partnerships with universities, health systems, companies, law schools, foundations, and mission-driven organizations
Our work has been featured on global stages and in leading media, and has supported leaders to meet some of the most urgent challenges of our time: bias, polarization, disconnection, burnout, and the erosion of trust.
Breaking Bias
Breaking Bias: Where Stereotypes and Prejudices Come From — and the Science-Backed Method to Unravel Them is the culmination of Anu’s research, teaching, and institutional work through Be More.
With a foreword by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Breaking Bias offers a practical, compassionate, and shame-free guide to understanding how bias is learned — and how we can begin to unlearn it using the PRISM Toolkit, the signature methodology developed through Be More’s work with thousands of leaders, professionals, lawyers, students, and changemakers.

A Note of Gratitude
To our clients, partners, funders, teachers, team members, advisors, collaborators, and community: thank you.
Be More was never just a company. It was a living experiment in what becomes possible when organizations commit to mindfulness, compassion, courage, and belonging.
For more than a decade, you helped us bring this work into hospitals, law firms, law schools, boardrooms, classrooms, retreat centers, conferences, and communities across the world. You helped us test, refine, challenge, deepen, and grow this body of work.
As this chapter evolves, I carry deep gratitude for everyone who made it possible. The work continues in a new form, with a wider lens, and with the same commitment to helping humans remember who we are and what becomes possible when we lead from mindfulness, compassion, and the wisdom of interbeing.
With deep gratitude,
Anu
